Wet hair thoroughly. Place approximately 5cc of SPORT SHAMPOO CONCENTRATE in palm of hand and lather into hair. Allow to stand for 1-2 minutes and rinse thoroughly with fresh water. Repeat if necessary. Depending on hair type, wash hair as frequently as desired, but at least three times weekly is recommended.
