LUBRICHAIN is a yellowish clear liquid with a mild odor. It is a high foaming water soluble conveyor lubricant.
LUBRICHAIN can be used by various methods such as proportioning pumps, electronic concentration controls, drip-pot methods, or by simply diluting the product to required concentration and adding the solution to the troughs at the bottom of the conveyor. The exact dilution ratio upon the dispensing system used, the length of the conveyor, the water hardness and load. For soft water areas a dilution rate of 1-200 is recommended. When hard water is used a dilution ratio of 1-100 will produce excellent results.
